This item covers the replacement of the headlight seal by us.
For this purpose, the headlight is opened, the old seal is removed and the lens is re-bonded using new sealant.
The repair covers the replacement of the seal between the lens and housing.
External covers and control units are not sealed unless agreed otherwise.

- Please remove bulbs/xenon burners before shipping (covers and control units should remain installed)
- The repair of control units is not part of the sealing service
- These may need to be replaced afterwards if they still show errors or do not function after the fault memory has been cleared.

- After purchase, we will contact you to arrange an appointment
- You send us your headlights or bring them to us in person
- We repair the headlights as quickly as possible
- After receipt of payment, we send them back
Headlights are part of the crumple zone, which is why many headlight housings are manufactured in such a way that they break and absorb energy in the event of mechanical impact.
The breaking behaviour also depends on the brand, model, type of plastic, age of the headlight, operating hours, etc.
In some cases, even we are unable to open headlights without causing damage to the outer sealing lip (cracks/breaks/pressure marks). At the end of the work, these are reassembled as well as possible and "retouched" so that any possible damage is not immediately noticeable. Such damage cannot be claimed as a defect, as we cannot circumvent the housing characteristics specified by the manufacturer.
